各位尊敬的愛點擊股東：
這是我接任愛點擊首席執行官職位后給股東的第一封信，我很榮幸可以在今后的日子里帶領公司，實現我們的愿景。首先，我謹代表整個愛點擊團隊，感謝各位股東在愛點擊上市兩年多來對我們的支持和信賴。
2019年是愛點擊具有里程碑意義的一年。我們慶祝愛點擊成立十周年，回顧了我們從一個小型初創公司到今天成為一家領先的營銷技術公司的美好歷程。在2019年前三季度，盡管宏觀環境充滿挑戰，但我們的收入（1.43億美元）和毛利潤（3,950萬美元）均創下新紀錄。我們還推出了企業數字化運營解決方案業務，累計收入已達680萬美元。我們有信心，2019年第四季度的表現有機會達到公司先前提供的業績預期上限。
在2019年的基礎上，展望未來，我們將繼續將愛點擊建設為領先的企業數字化運營和在線營銷云平臺。在2020年，我們有以下三大戰略目標：
第一，提高我們市場營銷解決方案的盈利能力。我們制定了一個明確的目標，即在2020年實現這一業務的運營利潤。愛點擊目前是領先的在線營銷平臺，透過其所帶來的規模經濟效益和持續推出更高毛利率的新產品，例如意見領袖多渠道營銷產品和出境旅游產品，將能進一步提升整體利潤率。
第二，通過強勁增長的企業數字化運營解決方案業務帶來毛利的提升。我們在2019年推出此項業務，在團隊的努力下開發了各種創新產品、服務和商業模式。這些投入正逐漸取得成效，使我們有信心在2020年將此項業務規模擴大一倍。我們相信，企業數字化運營解決方案具有強大的長期增長潛力，并將成為未來提升毛利的驅動力。
第三，通過現有數據和技術建立戰略合作關系來衍生新機遇。2019年，我們與東南亞和東北亞的幾家公司達成了不同的合作協議和伙伴關系。2020年，我們將利用在數據和技術方面長期積累的實力，繼續在全球范圍內尋求和發展更多的戰略合作關系和新的商業模式。
我們對愛點擊的前景充滿信心，相信在2020年愛點擊業務將保持強勁的增長勢頭，團隊再創佳績。
作為愛點擊的共同創始人之一，我從創立公司和管理公司中獲得了不可估量的滿足感，我期待著作為CEO帶領公司邁向進一步的成功。
