香港2023年5月15日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市、香港領先的一站式金融超市匯邦集團控股有限公司（AGBA），欣然宣布2023年第一季度的財務業績，期內收入為1,110萬美元，較2022年同比大幅增長逾5倍。
2023年3月期間，AGBA集團錄得過去三年內最多的新業務申請。 AGBA預期今年剩余季度集團將繼續保持強勁增長。 AGBA集團對香港的經濟反彈感到樂觀，認為反彈有賴邊境重新開放、內地游客的回歸以及疫情后強勁的國內需求。
2023年第一季度， AGBA 集團繼續進行科技部署，在客戶平臺（client portal）和顧問工具方面持續提升客戶體驗。 在平臺業務方面，AGBA集團引入10個新保險合作伙伴，新增170種以上新保險和投資產品至現時總共超過2千款金融產品；在分銷業務方面，AGBA集團與三個新分銷合作伙伴，以及一家大型本地銀行簽訂合作協議使用One Platform環一平臺服務。 同時，集團還啟動了一個新的孵化分銷渠道，與較小型的顧問團隊合作。
2023年4月，AGBA集團與新加坡的Sony Life Financial Advisors達成收購協議，繼續推動AGBA集團的環球擴張計劃，該公司為新加坡一家持牌金融顧問和保險經紀公司。 這一收購為AGBA集團在大灣區以外，擴展至東南亞的重要里程碑。
